Returns & Warranty
- No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the merchandise is found to be defective at the time of delivery.
- Limited Warranty: We offer a 3-month warranty only if the hair experiences excessive shedding or loss under normal wear conditions.
- Processing Disclaimer: We do not provide any guarantees on hair that has been chemically processed, including bleaching or dyeing. It is strongly recommended to have all color treatments performed by a professional stylist to maintain the integrity of the hair.
Shipping & Delivery
- Signature Required: To ensure the security of your order, all packages require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your package on the scheduled delivery date.
- Missed Deliveries: If you miss your delivery, you must contact USPS directly to reschedule a new delivery attempt.
- Shipping Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, Luxury Indiana is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any concerns regarding shipment delays, lost items, or damage during transit should be directed to USPS.
Order Processing & Handling
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days before being shipped. Orders placed during holidays or peak seasons may experience slight delays.
